Nino Dólar ran over and dragged victims after violating a red light

Carlos José Troche Rodríguez, publicly known as “Nino Dólar,” is facing charges from the Public Prosecutor's Office following a traffic incident in Santo Domingo. Authorities allege that Troche Rodríguez violated a red light at the intersection of Abraham Lincoln and Independencia avenues, resulting in a collision with a motorcycle carrying three individuals.
