NYC officials order structural review at building next to buckled Midtown highrise

City officials said the former Pfizer headquarters that was being converted into residential apartments is at risk of collapse. The city is requiring the owner of the Pfizer building to commission a structural review of its neighboring project on East 42nd Street.
