Oblak: “Si fue expulsión nuestra contra el Villarreal, la de Huijsen también ha sido”

Following a 2-1 victory over Real Madrid on Sunday in Madrid, Atlético de Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak expressed regret that his team gave their opponents "life" by conceding a late goal.

In his post-match remarks reported by EFE, Oblak also addressed officiating decisions, drawing a comparison to a previous red card incident against Villarreal. He argued that if an expulsion was warranted in that prior match, the challenge involving Huijsen should have resulted in a red card as well.
