Odette’s longtime wine director Vincent Tan is leaving after 10 years to join Park90

Vincent Tan, the longtime wine director at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Odette, is leaving his position after a tenure of 10 years.

During his time at Odette, Tan played a key role in shaping and developing the establishment's wine programme.

Following his departure, Tan is joining Park90 to take on a new group role. This move comes as Park90 expands its operations across Southeast Asia.
