Ogun approves major infrastructure projects , upgrades rulers

The Ogun State Executive Council has officially approved a series of major infrastructure projects and the upgrading of traditional rulers. The development plan includes the construction of a new State Assembly quarters, the development of 450 housing units, the reconstruction of the Governor’s Lodge, and the rehabilitation of strategic roads across the state.

These initiatives represent a broad administrative effort to enhance state facilities and housing capacity. Alongside the physical infrastructure upgrades, the executive decision to elevate the status of traditional rulers marks a significant administrative change in the state's governance structure.
