ONPE has finished processing all the ballots from the 2026 Regional and Municipal Elections, but votes still need to be counted: why aren't the results 100% complete?

The Oficina Nacional de Procesos Electorales (ONPE) has finished processing all electoral records from the 2026 Elecciones Regionales y Municipales (ERM), having reviewed the documents from all 89,935 voting tables.

Despite the completion of processing the records, the final vote tally has not yet reached 100%, leaving the ultimate results pending further accounting by the electoral authority.
