Ontario police officer charged after woman pepper sprayed following arrest

An Ontario police officer has been charged following an incident where a woman was pepper-sprayed after being arrested.

According to police reports, the sequence of events began shortly before 2 a.m. on April 29, when a 33-year-old woman was taken into custody. Following the arrest, Const. Brandon Mihalides deployed pepper spray against the individual, leading to the subsequent criminal charge.
