Oposición paraguaya exige al Congreso disculpas públicas por exlegislador con título falso

Paraguayan opposition lawmakers have demanded a formal public apology from the National Congress following the sentencing of former legislator Hernán Rivas. Rivas was recently sentenced to eight years in prison for the use of a fraudulent law degree.
