Orange council tables variance requests that would allow hotel to be built on former Red Lobster site

ORANGE, Ohio – Village Council has approved two variance requests that will permit the construction of a new lighting showroom building on the former Bahama Breeze restaurant site at 3900 Orange Place. ORANGE, Ohio – Village Council has tabled a request for four variances that would allow a vacant Red Lobster restaurant on Orange Place to be replaced by a five-story Hilton Tempo hotel.
