Ordenan nuevo juicio contra abuelastro acusado de agresión sexual en Costa Rica

The Third Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice in Costa Rica has ordered a new trial for a man accused of sexually assaulting his partner's granddaughter. The court is reviewing three counts of rape allegedly committed by the defendant against the minor.
