Order to limit Starshield for Ukraine came from White House, sources say

According to sources, an order to temporarily limit the Starshield communications system for Ukraine originated from the White House.

The restriction on the vital system coincides with pressure from the U.S. president urging Kyiv to halt attacks on Russian oil refineries.
