Osaka out to improve Toronto fortunes with eye on U.S. Open

Four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka is preparing for the tournament in Toronto with a primary focus on improving her form ahead of the U.S. Open.

Osaka enters the Toronto event following a semifinal appearance on the hard courts in Washington, where she was defeated by eventual champion Alexandra Eala of the Philippines.
