Gabriel “N”, the father of Dafne Zapata Quintos, faced a virtual court hearing via Zoom on Friday, August 7. The proceeding took place at the Centro Integral de Justicia as part of an ongoing criminal process.

He is being investigated for the alleged crime of aggravated statutory rape (violación equiparada) committed against his daughter when she was a minor.
