Painting Eisenhower Building would diminish historic character of White House complex, report says

According to a draft environmental assessment published on Friday, President Donald Trump's plan to paint the 19th-century Eisenhower Executive Office Building would diminish the historic character of the White House complex. The structure is a designated historic landmark located adjacent to the White House.

The findings were officially concluded by the Trump administration itself within the newly released draft assessment.
