Para-tandem cycling team win second gold medal at Commonwealth Games

At the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, the New Zealand para-tandem cycling team secured their second gold medal of the competition. The winning duo, consisting of Emma Foy and Jessie Hodges, claimed the victory overnight during the international multi-sport event.

Simultaneously, the Jamaican contingent at Scotstoun Stadium added three medals to their tally during the penultimate session of track and field. Their performance included two gold medals and one silver medal, bringing Jamaica's overall medal count at the 23rd Commonwealth Games to 15, comprising seven gold, three silver, and five bronze medals.
