Paramount Asks States to Shoulder Costs of Delaying Warner Bros. Deal

Paramount's proposed $111 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery has been officially postponed. The delay will remain in effect until the conclusion of a scheduled trial in March.

In connection with the postponement, Paramount has requested that state authorities shoulder the financial costs resulting from the delay of the transaction.
