Turkish Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş stated that the country's legislation regarding the PKK is balanced and has been well-received.

Kurtulmuş has been heavily involved in facilitating parliamentary debates regarding the terror-free Türkiye initiative since its inception two years ago.
