NewzA man who has served nearly 30 years in prison for the sexual assault and murder of a Massachusetts teenager has been granted parole.Damien Lockhart, 52, went before the parole board on March 5, and on July 23 the board returned its decision to allow his release, according to parole documents. Lockhart had been sentenced to life in prison in 1997 after pleading guilty to murder.
