Party in Spain's government questions co-hosting 2030 World Cup with Morocco after migration crisis

The junior partner in Spain's government has called for Spain to reconsider co-hosting the 2030 World Cup alongside Morocco. This political friction arises in the wake of a migration crisis in Ceuta, during which tens of thousands of people surged across the Moroccan border into Spanish territory.

The majority of the 2030 tournament is scheduled to be co-hosted by Spain, Morocco, and Portugal. Additionally, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay are slated to stage one match each as part of the global event.
