Users rate the first day of the Metro without transfers as positive

This Monday marked the first day of full operation for the extension of Line 2C of the Santo Domingo Metro, connecting Los Alcarrizos directly to the María Montez station at kilometer 9 of the Duarte highway without the need for transfers.

With the elimination of the previous transfer requirement at the María Montez station, passengers traveling from Los Alcarrizos are now able to save up to 20 minutes on their daily transit times.

Users have responded positively to the launch of the direct service, welcoming the efficiency and time-saving benefits of the new operational setup during its first day.
