Passengers foil bid to crash Dubai-Tel Aviv flight, Israel says, after co-pilot stabs pilot

Passengers and crew successfully overpowered a co-pilot who allegedly stabbed the pilot of a flydubai flight traveling from Dubai to Tel Aviv. The attack caused the aircraft to enter a steep descent during the flight.

Following the intervention by passengers and crew, a second set of pilots aboard the jet took control and safely landed the aircraft in Saudi Arabia, according to statements from Israel.
