Patriots' Kraft on Macklemore: Won't provide platform for 'hate speech'

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft stated that rapper Macklemore was removed as an opening act for Ed Sheeran's upcoming performances at Gillette Stadium. Kraft explained that the decision was made due to Macklemore's history of antisemitic rhetoric and imagery, which he described as deeply offensive and hurtful to the Jewish community.

Kraft emphasized that the venue and its leadership would not provide a platform for hate speech. The removal prevents the artist from performing at the stadium events associated with the Ed Sheeran concerts.
