Quadrant patrolling still has 149 pending zones

The new Police Service and Patrolling Model (MSPP) in the Dominican Republic has yet to achieve its full territorial deployment. Out of the 355 quadrants originally planned for the initiative, only 206 are currently active, leaving 149 zones still pending implementation.

This patrolling strategy serves as a central component of the ongoing police reform efforts aimed at transforming the relationship between law enforcement and the public. The current data indicates that the program has not yet reached the scope of coverage initially envisioned by the reform project.
