Quadrant patrolling still has 149 pending zones

The new Police Service and Patrolling Model (MSPP) in the Dominican Republic has yet to achieve its full territorial deployment as part of the ongoing police reform. While the initiative was designed to transform the relationship between law enforcement and the public, the current implementation remains incomplete.

Out of the 355 total quadrants planned for the program, only 206 are currently active. This leaves 149 zones still pending implementation as authorities work to meet the established objectives of the reform.
