NewzA pedestrian who was hit by a car in Chatham over the weekend died from their injuries on Wednesday, according to police.The crash happened around 7:50 a.m. on July 25 at the intersection of Route 28 and Crosby Lane. The pedestrian, who was a Chatham resident, was airlifted to a hospital where they later died.
The driver involved in the crash stayed at the scene.
