Pemprov Sumut promosikan Ulos lewat penggunaan wastra daerah

The North Sumatra Provincial Government is actively promoting traditional Ulos textiles by encouraging the use of regional traditional fabrics (wastra daerah). The initiative aims to highlight local heritage through fashion and cultural preservation.

During recent events, Kahiyang Ayu, Chairperson of the North Sumatra Regional National Handicraft Council (Dekranasda), emphasized the importance of these traditional textiles in local governance and public presentation.
