Dog rescued from rubble is a symbol of hope in Cali

Following a destructive earthquake in Cali, Colombia, rescue workers spent approximately 48 hours clearing tons of twisted iron and concrete at the Torres del Limonar site. Amid the debris of destroyed buildings, a sign of life emerged when a dog was successfully rescued from the rubble.
