PJ ordena que Alberto Beingolea vaya a juicio por presunta corrupción: Fiscalía pide 10 años de prisión

The Judicial Power of Peru (PJ) has ordered Culture Minister Alberto Beingolea to stand trial for alleged aggravated collusion in Callao. The decision was issued by the First Permanent Preparatory Investigation Court of Callao.

In connection with these proceedings, the prosecution is requesting a 10-year prison sentence for the official as the legal process moves forward to an oral trial stage.
