Plan ahead: All US Postal Service locations set to close, delay deliveries for a day in October

Americans are being reminded to plan ahead for mail services as all U.S. Post Offices will be closed on Monday, Oct. Regular mail services will be suspended nationwide that day and will resume on Tuesday, Oct.
