A U.S. Coast Guard aircraft carrying Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin made an emergency landing on Wednesday following a right-engine failure. The flight, which was traveling from Atlanta toward the Washington, D.C. area, landed safely at Reagan National Airport after the pilot declared an emergency with air traffic control.
