Planning Commission approves demolition of former U.S. Sugar site as Midline redevelopment moves forward

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland Planning Commission on Friday unanimously approved demolition of the former U.S. complex at 6515 Carnegie Ave., clearing the way for another major step in the city’s Midline redevelopment initiative.
