PM apologises for second error suspending payments to beneficiaries

New Zealand Prime Minister has issued an apology following a second error that resulted in the suspension of payments to beneficiaries due to processing delays at the Ministry of Social Development.

Louise Upston has declined to state when she first became aware that some individuals had their benefits cut as a result of these administrative and processing issues within the ministry.
