Police officer’s 11-kilometre journey brings hope to forgotten families

Corporal Mjinya Ismail, a police officer, undertook an 11-kilometre journey from Suluti Stand to Mlambichuma, a small hamlet located in Luegu Ward, Namtumbo District, within the Ruvuma Region of Tanzania.

For the officer, the physical trek between the two locations carried greater meaning, serving to bring hope to forgotten families residing in the remote hamlet.
