Police save theatre assistant from mob after allegedly performing unauthorised surgery

Nigerian police rescued a theatre assistant from an angry mob following allegations that the individual performed an unauthorised surgical procedure.

During preliminary police questioning, the suspect stated that they were a theatre assistant who undertook the medical procedure in the absence of their principal.
