Policía judicial detiene a una mujer por presuntamente trasladar a la sospechosa del crimen de Fleming

Costa Rican judicial police have detained a woman on allegations of transporting the primary suspect in the homicide of American businessman Mark Walter Fleming. The crime took place on September 27 in Playas del Coco, Guanacaste.

Authorities have identified the main suspect in the killing as a 22-year-old woman with the last name Ortiz. Following the incident, Ortiz remains at large and is the subject of an ongoing manhunt by the Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ).
