National Police acknowledge flaws in its list of fugitives

The Dominican Republic's National Police acknowledged on Friday that their official list of fugitives contains significant inaccuracies. The institution admitted that individuals who are deceased, have already been captured, or have seen their legal cases progress remain improperly listed as active fugitives.
