National Police acknowledge flaws in its list of fugitives

The Dominican Republic's National Police acknowledged on Friday that its official list of fugitives contains significant inaccuracies. The institution admitted that individuals who have died, have already been captured, or have seen their legal cases progress remain listed as active fugitives.
