National Police acknowledge flaws in its list of fugitives

The Dominican Republic's National Police acknowledged on Friday that its official list of fugitives contains significant inaccuracies. The institution admitted that individuals who are deceased, have already been captured, or have seen their legal proceedings progress remain listed as active fugitives.
