Popular fried chicken chain moving forward with major expansion into 4 new states

A popular fried chicken chain is ready to spread its wings. Starbird, which has been serving up food in California for more than a decade, is moving forward with plans to develop 17 locations across Washington state. The new franchise deal first announced in 2024 is with Mehta Investment Group.
