NewzA popular Texas BBQ restaurant is removing one of the state’s staple meats from its menu. Butter’s BBQ, located in the tiny South Texas city of Sinton, announced on social media that it will no longer be serving brisket at its restaurants on East Sinton Street. The shocking move removes one third of the so-called Texas Trinity from the menu.
Ribs and sausage are also considered smoked Texas staples.
