Premiers keeping cards close on constitutional changes pitched in Alberta referendum

Canada’s premiers are remaining tight-lipped regarding major constitutional reforms proposed by Alberta Premier Danielle Smith. The initiatives are set to be put to a provincewide vote in an upcoming Alberta referendum next month.
