Pretrial detention for the death of Melanie Stacy Castillo

The Judicial Office of Permanent Attention of La Altagracia has ordered three months of preventive detention for Rubelly Solimán Herrera. The measure was issued this Tuesday in connection with the death of 24-year-old Melanie Stacy Castillo Diñó, which occurred on July 13 in Higüey.
