A judge in Mexico City has formally linked two men, identified as Gabriel “N” and Luis Enrique “N”, to a criminal process regarding the sexual assault of a woman in Santa Fe. The suspects are accused of physically assaulting the victim before confining her inside a structure and intentionally setting it on fire.
