DAR ES SALAAM: THE Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office responsible for Policy, Parliament, Coordination and Persons with Disabilities, Professor Palamagamba Kabudi, has urged newly elected political party leaders to use the 4Rs philosophy initiated by President Samia Suluhu Hassan as a guide and tool in executing their responsibilities to strengthen democracy and contribute to national development. Professor Kabudi issued the directive in Dar es Salaam on October 7, 2026, during the launch of the new leadership and logo of the Council of Political Parties, an event attended by representatives of various political parties in the country.
