Russia has reportedly been secretly aiding Iran in the development of supersonic cruise missile technology through a program codenamed C430L that began in 2023. The cooperative venture was arranged by Russia's state arms exporter, Rosoboronexport, in coordination with the US-sanctioned NPO Mashinostroyenia.
