Little rain and hot weather are forecast for the Dominican Republic

Forecasters in the Dominican Republic predict a continuation of hot weather and minimal rainfall across the national territory for Friday. The meteorological conditions are characterized by a grayish sky and reduced atmospheric humidity.

According to the Dominican Institute of Meteorology, these conditions are driven by concentrations of Saharan dust coupled with the westward movement of a previous trough away from the country.
