Putin ordena tomar medidas para garantizar la seguridad de Kaliningrado ante la OTAN

Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered measures to guarantee the security of the exclave of Kaliningrad. The directive was issued in response to potential threats of a blockade by NATO in the Baltic region.

The decision was revealed by Kremlin adviser Nikolai Patrushev, who highlighted Moscow's concerns regarding the strategic vulnerability of the Russian territory situated between EU and NATO members.
