Putin toasts HH victory

Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Hakainde Hichilema on his re-election as President of the Republic of Zambia.

In his message, President Putin expressed confidence that President Hichilema’s continued leadership will contribute to further strengthening the friendly relations currently existing between Russia and Zambia.
