Qué leyes volverían a regir si Diputados deroga el DNU 70 de Javier Milei

The opposition in Argentina's Chamber of Deputies has convened a special session for October 15 with the objective of repealing Decree of Necessity and Urgency (DNU) 70/2023. The megadecreto was originally signed by President Javier Milei at the beginning of his administration to deregulate broad sectors of the economy.

If the Chamber of Deputies successfully votes to repeal the decree, the legislative framework governing the affected economic sectors would revert to the laws that were in place prior to the enactment of the DNU.
