The Codex Azcatitlan, a historical document detailing pre-Hispanic Mexican history, has returned to Mexico for the first time in nearly two centuries. The artifact is currently being exhibited to the public at the National Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City.

The manuscript, which left Mexico almost two hundred years ago and was previously housed in France, is considered a significant piece of cultural heritage. Its current exhibition marks a milestone as local audiences are able to view the original document firsthand in the capital.
